CLASS Training at the National Community Legal Centres Conference 2019

The CLASS team will be running a series of training sessions during Conference week. They are being held at Tenants Queensland, a short walk from the main conference venue.

Tuesday 27 August 2019

Power Up: Interpreting CLASS Data for Advocacy

Time: 11:30am - 1pm

Venue: Tenants Queensland, 1/87 Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill QLD – 3 min walk from the Conference Venue

The CLASS team will walk you through every step from running a report in CLASS, to analysing in Excel. We will generate some heatmaps for geographic data, and learn to compare shifting demographics.

Power Up: New Users

Time: 4pm - 5pm

Venue: Tenants Queensland, 1/87 Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill QLD – 3 min walk from the Conference Venue

This is introductory training for people new to using CLASS. It will provide an overview of the system as well as logging in, system navigation, conflict checking as well as the basic client and service data entry. Note: This session runs for 1 hr, ending at 5pm.

Wednesday 28 August 2019

Power Up: Advanced CLASS Features

Time: 1.30pm-3pm

Venue: Tenants Queensland, 1/87 Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill QLD – 3 min walk from the Conference Venue

The CLASS team will run through some of the advanced features of CLASS including  merging client records, copying and bulk-creating services, the geotag mechanism, and the soon to be realised 'Field Fix' tool. This training is perfect for CLASS admins looking to learn some of the more complicated features of CLASS.

Power Up: Administrative Reporting and CLASS

Time: 3.30 - 5pm

Venue: Tenants Queensland, 1/87 Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill QLD – 3 min walk from the Conference Venue

This is a great opportunity to work with the CLASS team to learn how to review your data capture procedures and discuss  how to get the most out of CLASS audit and reporting features.
