CLE Made Easy

Below you will find fabulous resources for community legal centre workers who want to start a community legal education project or get some handy tips to improve their community legal education work.

Community Legal Education Made Easy Kit

The Community Legal Education Made Easy Kit is a series of information sheets that are essential induction and practice tools to help CLCs conduct effective community legal education (CLE) work. Aimed at both lawyers and non-lawyers who conduct CLE work in CLCs, the information sheets are a “quick guide” to CLE theory, practice and resources. While directed primarily to people new to CLE work, the kit also assists those aiming to further develop this area of CLC work. The 2010 edition is the second edition of this kit, produced by the Community Development & Legal Education Working Group of the Federation.

These resources have been developed and made available for use by CLCs around Australia by the Federation of Community Legal Centres, Victoria.
