“Communications for good; not evil” Australian media firm specialising in nonprofits. They produce a great e-newsletter and post regular tips on using Facebook etc.
A knowledgebase on all things techie, including a Social Media “Community of Practice” that's free to join and which links you in with others in the Australian nonprofit sector who are working in social media.
Kivi's Non-Profit Communications Blog
A blog with marketing and communications tips for non-profits.
A massive US site with regular news and articles. Not geared to nonprofits but still helpful. They also produce a handy mobile app with news, tips etc.
Measuring Social Media
A quick reference guide from the same people who produced the excellent Non-Profit Social Media Decision Guide (see below). Helpful tool for people wanting to know how to determine if their social media efforts are producing real world results.
