<title>Cost Benefit Analysis Report shows CLCs provide strong ROI</title>
			  <link target="">http://www.naclc.org.au/cb_pages/news/CostBenefitAnalysisReportshowsCLCsprovidestrongROI.php</link>
<description>Cost Benefit Analysis Report shows CLCs provide strong return on investment. One of the highlights from the report includes:
on average, CLCs have a cost benefit ratio of 1:18; that is, for every dollar spent by government on funding CLCs, they return a benefit to society that is 18 times that cost. The cost benefit ratio of 1:18 in CLCs is far more than the ratio of 1:2 or 1:3 that governments usually regard as a sufficient return for taxpayer investment.</description>
