National Position Papers
Throughout 2018, NACLC is developing a number of National Position Papers on key areas of relevance to the community legal sector. The National Position Papers will be used to inform NACLC’s work with and on behalf of the sector and will inform NACLC and sector engagement with government and relevant reviews, inquiries and policy development processes.
The Position Papers will be developed by NACLC in collaboration with the State and Territory CLC Associations, and through consultation with the sector and related partners and stakeholders where relevant.
The initial list of National Position Papers was informed by NACLC’s new Strategic Plan, Priorities and Work Plan and developed following consultation with the NACLC Advisory Council and State and Territory Associations.
The National Position Papers will provide a useful overview of sector position(s) in key areas and are an efficient way of contributing to the evidence base for use by the sector and government moving forward.
The following National Position Papers have been finalised:
Collaborative Service Planning
National Data and Research Strategy for Community Legal Centres
