Media Release: Commitment to quality and continuous improvement reflected in new Community Legal Centre deal
The National Association of Community Legal Centres (NACLC) today welcomed an ongoing partnership with Breaking New Ground (BNG) to provide Community Legal Centres and Family Violence Prevention Legal Services across Australia access to key resources to support quality service delivery.
The two year agreement between NACLC and BNG means centres will have access to Standards & Performance Pathways (SPP), an online platform that supports the National Accreditation Scheme for all CLCs through the provision of a self-assessment process, with linked templates and resources, for another two years.
As part of the agreement, BNG will also offer discounted access for centres to Management Support Online (MSO), an additional organisational development resource.
“We welcome this ongoing partnership with BNG. We are committed to developing these types of opportunities with the private sector to ensure that Community Legal Centres have access to resources that assist them to continue to operate quality services while being committed to continuous improvement” said Dan Stubbs, NACLC National Spokesperson.
“BNG provides online services that help Non Government Organisations in their daily operations and management of standards compliance reporting. We are pleased to continue our work with and support of Community Legal Centres across Australia” added Quentin Jones, Director BNG.
