Community Legal Centres NSW Inc (CLCNSW)
The CLCNSW is the peak body for 40 NSW community legal centres. The State Office of CLCNSW provides strategic policy and administrative support to NSW CLCs and advocates for improved funding, management and procedures for the sector.

QAILS is the state based peak body representing funded and unfunded Community Legal Centres (CLCs) operating throughout Queensland. There are 33 independent CLCs in Queensland.

Federation of Community Legal Centres (Victoria) Inc
The Federation of Community Legal Centres (Victoria) is the peak body for 49 community legal centres across Victoria. The Federation:
- provides information and referrals to people seeking legal assistance
- initiates and resources law reform and policy work to develop a fairer legal system that better responds to the needs of the disadvantaged
- works to build a stronger and more effective community legal sector
- provides services and support to community legal centres
- represents community legal centres with stakeholders
The Federation leads and supports community legal centres to make justice accessible for all.

Community Legal Centres Association (WA) Inc
The CLC Association (WA) Inc is the peak body for CLCs in WA. It provides services to its members and can also provide referrals to appropriate community legal centres or other source of assistance, but does not provide legal advice itself.
