Provides free legal advice, selected representation and assistance for people with disability who feel they have a complaint of disability discrimination. Provides CLE and undertakes policy work. Not a generalist legal service for people with disability - only assists in cases of disability discrimination under the federal Disability Discrimination Act, NSW Anti-Discrimination Act and other legislation.
