Legal Health Check Up - What Shape is Your Legal Health In?

Your physical health is very important, but so is your legal health. This booklet aims to encourage people to take the basic steps in their day-to-day life to help ward off legal nasties and other situations which could otherwise be avoided in order to keep yourself legally "healthy".

Knowing your rights and responsibilities and where to go to get the right advice can be the difference between legal health, and legal disaster.
