The legal service is an integrated program of Whittlesea Community Connections (WCC). WCC has community information and client programs, settlement services, municipal wide volunteer resource service and community transport service. The legal service provides free and confidential legal advice on many areas of the law, ongoing assistance on a case-by-case basis, community legal education and law reform.

Areas of advice: Family Law including who the children spend time and live with, property settlements, divorce and de facto matters, Intervention Orders, VOCAT.
Face to face advice at WLSV Office on Thurs mornings 9.30 am to 12 pm. No appointment necessary. A state-wide specialist legal service that provides advice, court support, representation, casework, duty lawyer service, law reform and legal education under the banner of "Relationship breakdown and violence against women".

Areas of advice: Youthlaw, Victoria's state-wide community legal centre for young people, works to achieve systemic responses to the legal issues facing young people, through casework, policy development, advocacy and preventative education programs within a human rights and social justice framework. Youthlaw is based at Frontyard Youth Services which provides a range of free services for young people aged 12-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
